Ingrediente:
- 1 kg varza napa (daca nu gasiti, folositi varza alba)
- apa pentru clatire
- 60 g sare grunjoasa
- 2 lingurite faina de orez glutinos sau orice tip de faina sau amidon
- 1 lingurita sare
- 1 lingura sos de soia
- 150 ml apa
- 70 g ceapa alba
- 20 g usturoi
- 10 g ghimbir
- 1 lingurita pudra de alge kelp
- 50 g caisa sau mar/pere/orice fruct dulce care va porni mai repede fermentare
- 150 g morcovi
- 250 g ridichi albe daikon
- 80 g ceapa verde
- 20 g frunze de usturoi verde
- 40 g gochugaru - ardei iute coreean (sau se poate inlocui cu 20g boia dulce+20 boia iute)
Daca nu va plac preparatele picante, probati cu mai putin gochugaru, doar 20 g initial :)

- water for rinsing
- 60 g coarse salt
- 2 teaspoons of glutinous rice flour or any type of flour or starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 150 ml of water
- 70 g of white onions
- 20 g of garlic
- 10 g of ginger
- 1 teaspoon kelp powder - optional
- 50 g apricot or apple / pear / any sweet fruit that will start fermenting faster
- 150 g carrots
- 250 g daikon radish
- 80 g green onions
- 20 g of green garlic leaves - optional
- 40 g gochugaru - Korean hot pepper (or can be replaced with 20g paprika + 20 paprika)
