• 330 ml zeama din compot, adica zeama de la o cutie mare
• O lingurita esenta de portocale
• 3 pliculete zahar vanilat
• 1 kg de branza dulce de vaci care va trebuie scursa de zer – veti ramane cu 700 g de branza
• 100 g zahar fin
• Inca 3 pliculete de zahar vanilat
• 70 g fulgi de ciocolata amaruie, cu minim 50% cacao
• Putina sare
• Si inca o lingurita de esenta de portocale
